Tax Abatement & Direct Incentives
The City will consider providing tax abatements and direct incentives for real and/or personal property. A Cost/Benefit Analysis will be performed to determine the feasibility and qualifications of the project.

Fee Waivers
Fee waivers may reduce or eliminate any City fees associated with the development of the project.

Infrastructure Improvements

Infrastructure improvements include the provision of, or participation in, the extension of community infrastructure to the project site, including water, wastewater, drainage or road improvements.

Project Questionnaire
In an effort to objectively evaluate the economic and fiscal impact that your development project may have on the City of Tulia, the City will review and evaluate certain project specific information. Your assistance and cooperation in providing the requested information will assist the City in determining the need for incentives and/or partnerships. Quality projects are considered for incentives on a case by case basis. In order to be considered, please fill out the Project Questionnaire.
